All betting and gaming activity on Sitti88 must be conducted solely by the registered account holder for personal entertainment. Sitti88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Sitti88 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sitti88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Sitti88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, Sitti88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where termination is not for cause, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC verification.
All content on the Sitti88 platform — including but not limited to the Sitti88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the property of Sitti88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership rights in any platform content by virtue of your use of the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Sitti88 platform content without the prior written consent of Sitti88. Unauthorised use of Sitti88 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

The Sitti88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sitti88 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the Sitti88 operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sitti88 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Sitti88 from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any appropriate court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legitimate interests.
Sitti88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, Sitti88 will notify registered Members by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. In certain circumstances, Sitti88 may also notify Members by email.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Sitti88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
